When I first started exploring spiritual growth, I was guided to crystals - and I fell for them immediately. My first Pathways Natural Living Expo about 12 years ago cracked something wide open. It introduced me to a whole world of modalities, with crystals leading the way. Every table had something new - raw, polished, tiny, massive, shimmering like fairy dust or simple and grounding… yet still calling to be held. That’s where I learned to feel them. To hold a crystal and notice the energy, the shift, the response in my body. Naturally… I went home with a full bag!! Since then, I’ve noticed: - Some crystals align with specific chakras (like blue stones for the throat chakra) - Some deepen meditation and expand awareness (moldavite is wild!) - Some support self-love and healing (rose quartz) - Some help clear energy and protect your space (selenite, clear quartz, black tourmaline and onyx) Are you a crystal person? I was reflecting on my totem animal (dolphins) and the message you gave me in our tarot meet up and just had a realisation about unconditional love. Everyone does and feels what the universe/creator urges them to do and have feelings after it that are also what the creator wants of them. If you love the creator and the universe, you’ve got to realise that the universe is not all rainbow and sunshine. There’s a dark side - the devil is part of the experience. It’s not nice and really hurts me to think something that has created us wants suffering, but there are lessons, hope and progression that come with it which are all part of the human experience that the creator wants for us. We’ve got to trust that we are supported through these moments, and karma, knowledge and yes, progress happen for humanity as a result. We are getting cleansed and witnessing ourselves in the experience. The creator makes this all possible. Don’t blame the player, blame the game! But realise the greater good wins and justice will served after the suffering is observed. Ramblings from my journal but hope my insights help those of you who need it.

It’s been a powerful week. Some have cried. Some have calmed. Some have grieved. Some have been shocked. Some have felt numb. A lot has been moving - emotionally, energetically, and collectively. When this much shifts at once, it often shows up through big feelings and realizations. Over just a few days we’ve experienced: - Lunar New Year - fresh cycles and intentions - A New Moon paired with a Ring of Fire eclipse - new beginnings with sudden clarity - Mercury entering its shadow phase - themes surfacing before the retrograde - Aquarius season closing and Pisces season beginning - mind shifting into intuition - Saturn entering Aries - action, responsibility, and leadership energy building - And today - the Saturn-Neptune conjunction This one is big. Saturn is structure, discipline, truth, and “let’s deal with it.” Neptune is dreams, intuition, imagination - but also illusions and avoidance.
