As I read this it's 5am Australia...so relaxed, breathing deep, long 🛌 bed filled stretching is what's going on atm...

Over the years this is what happened for me... I suffered from Hayfever year after year from 14-29. Even white coats chemicals did nothing to stop it - only eased out breaks. Then I discovered Breathwork and a technique that after a time I discovered Hayfever disappeared, stress had lowered, panic attacks also mostly non- existant. Now with with the combination of this Technique and the My Amulet, reducing stress is possible within 30-60 seconds of an out burst. Then in time depending on your dedication and practice overall stress can disappear, this was another bonus I found for myself. It's like - how often you train at the Gym as to how big you want your muscles to grow- Correct!? Same with this Amulet. It's your 24/7 Anchor worn as Jewellery. You never know with life when Anger will breakout, yet you see it in Movies, you hear it during arguments "Just Breathe, man Relax..." So this is my go to Tool to reduce stress in 30-60 seconds- practice every day, practice 3X a day.. how many times you practice expedites your end goal. It may not work for everyone- I don't know your story. On my journey I learnt how to play the Didgeridoo at 29 the got so good just six months later I started teaching how to circular Breathe and play it as a modern instrument. I thought the only way to earn a livivng was to be on stage and three famous didge players of the time, form my shop- did just that.. But I get stage fright as a solo artist.... And now I've come out from under the staircase and launched my skool community, sharing the tools that I've found over the last 20 years.

@Sinéad Tormey I feel like apologising for saying too much. It's a weird feeling putting yourself out there in cyber world. I'm GenX (1968) and we had 'Tall Poppy Syndrome' in Australia growing up. Every time you reach for the stars saying "I can do this" someone (- Babyboomer) was there to put back in line. (Don't get to big for your boots younging) As I said it's now time to come out as I've seen so many younger ones remunerating their talent.
