I’ve read about something called the broken window theory. If you start leaving stuff where it doesn’t belong, it accumulates — and you train your mind that it’s okay. That’s why you should clean up after yourself. Keep things clean and decluttered in your house so your mind can be too. Can you relate?
@Cabot Davis i don't. I can't, haha! I make things tidy and then 2 weeks in, something happens and everything finds its own place. I have no remedy, please help
@Jacyn Benzinger I've literally just bought a studio apartment because I cannot find a way to assist my minimalistic lifestyle and my deep dislike for cleaning at the same time. I have rooms in my current home that serve as dust collectors
