The Glow Up!
I’m not just lifting weights — I’m lifting my standards. Right now my focus is: • Getting stronger • Eating to fuel my body • Dialing in my labs + DEXA scans • Regulating stress + hormones • Healing old patterns • Building better relationships • Becoming the healthiest, happiest, most confident version of me This is what a real glow-up looks like. Not just a new body… but a new mindset, new habits, and a new life. What is something you need help with? 👇🏼

Remember the number on the scale sometimes won’t change, especially when we get stronger. Muscle is heavier than fat, so you might get leaner and stronger but the number on the scale stays the same. I would recommend to take pictures from yourself instead. That way you can see the progress 💪🏼

@Lydia Pogo twice a month because you don’t see much change within a week. And obviously in a bikini or so, front and side view so you see properly what has changed. 💪🏼
Rephrase it!
Life doesn’t happen to you. It happens for the version of you you’re becoming. Never forget! ☺️

@Lydia Pogo It’s up to us how we decide to see things. I’ve learned that it’s easier—and far more helpful—to move forward, take the lesson, and grow from it. Because when we stay stuck asking, “Why did this happen to me?” we give our power away. That question keeps us in the past. But when we ask, “What is this here to teach me?” we step back into control. And that’s where real growth begins.

Of course! I’m glad you’ve asked ☺️
Happy New Year!
I’d like to share a meditation I’ve been repeating to myself as the new year begins. May I carry forward what truly matters May I release what no longer serves May I walk into this new year with courage and care

I love a good mantra! Thank you so much for sharing! ☺️
A Fresh Start 🤍
Hey everyone — I wanted to start this year differently. This space isn’t about having the perfect answers, posting all the time, or “doing growth right.” It’s about becoming a little more aware, a little healthier, and a little more aligned — together. Over the next weeks, I’ll be sharing simple tools around: • health & movement • nutrition & energy • boundaries & self-trust • stress relief & nervous system regulation • stepping into your own power No pressure to comment. No pressure to share. Even reading is enough. But if you feel like it, I’d love to know: What’s ONE thing you want more of this year? (Energy, peace, confidence, strength, clarity, calm, consistency, etc.) Just drop one word 💬

@Lydia Pogo love that. Connection is so important.
🌟 QUICK WIN CHECK-IN! 🌟
What’s ONE thing you did this week that moved you forward? It doesn’t matter how small it feels — a tiny action is still progress. Maybe you had a tough conversation, cooked a healthy meal, went for a walk, journaled, said “no” to something that drained you, or simply took a deep breath when you normally wouldn’t have. Drop ONE win below. Let’s celebrate your momentum and inspire the whole community. 👇✨

@Lydia Pogo whatever feels best for you but I must say a clean cut helped me to move forward. Not easy but was necessary for me to move on and find myself again. Focus on me, my needs and creating my own life without the attachment. Let us know how it goes and if you have any questions. You got this!

@Lydia Pogo I understand. That is very thoughtful of the both of you. You will find the right way to make things work for you. One step at a time and if it doesn’t work the way you both planned it then I hope you are in good terms and can talk about a different plan. Clear communication is so important while figuring out what is next.
