I just want to share this for those who may need some encouragement! I taught my first in person class today and after I got home from the class I sent out the follow up email and this is how it looked ………. There is power in the follow up! There is also knowledge in the follow up! I know there is a lesson in the classroom about the follow up this is the evidence 🤭

@Diane Payne set a goal for August and she exceeded it. The move that made the difference was where she chose to spend her time. She shifted her energy toward the platforms where people are actively searching for what she sells and are ready to buy, rather than the ones that simply hand out views. Attention and buying intent are two different things, and she stopped trading one for the other. She also works the lessons in this community every week. She is not just taking in new information, she is applying it, and you can see it in her business a few days later. As a Boardroom member, Diane uses her text access to me consistently. Some weeks it is a win she wants to share. Other weeks the message is simply that she is over it. I want you to know that some of her strongest strategy this month came out of those honest moments, because she reached out before she had it figured out rather than after. That is what this is evidence of. The resources here work when you use them, and being candid about where you are stuck is what makes coaching useful. Congratulations, Diane. I am proud of you, and I am looking forward to what September brings.

@Ayanna Smith hit her goal for the month. Then she went past it. Here is what she did. She stopped spreading herself thin and put her attention on the business that actually pays her. Then she sat down and looked at her leads. She found seven people who had already raised their hand and were still sitting there, waiting on her. Seven. Not seven strangers. Seven people who had already said they were interested. She followed up. The goal fell. In her words: focus and follow up. Most of us are not one funnel away. We are one follow up away. The opportunity you have been praying for may already be sitting in your inbox waiting on you to say something. So go look. Open the notes, the DMs, the missed calls. Count how many people you left hanging, then go close that gap this week. Congratulations, Dr. Ayanna. Keep rising. 👏
