Transformation night in the boardroom
Last night’s Boardroom meeting was a real game-changer for me. We talked about automation — not in a “do more” way, but in a relief way. I finally have clarity on what actually needs my human attention and what never did. That alone lifted so much mental weight. What really hit me was realizing this: when clients aren’t doing their daily activities, it’s not always because “life is lifing.” Sometimes it’s because the systems around the product didn’t support them the way they should have. No reminders. No structure. No follow-through. And that’s on systems — not on them. This training helped me see where I can show up better without burning out, and how automation can actually protect relationships instead of replacing them. If you’ve been feeling scattered, overwhelmed, or quietly frustrated with your backend, I’ll say this gently: don’t sleep on support. This coaching space isn’t wasteful. It’s safe. The women show up for each other, not just the coach. Your time is valuable. Your mind deserves clarity. Automate what doesn’t need you — so you can be present where you’re needed most.
