When Erica joined us, she had a vision and a whole lot of faith. There was no product, no website, and no business on paper. Just a woman who knew she had something to offer and was willing to do the work. Look at her now: ✨ A registered business and a full line of handcrafted, alcohol free lip care ✨ Her own online store, plus a growing email list of customers who love her products ✨ Her first vendor market under her belt ✨ Her first private pop up event booked, full of brand new faces ✨ A self care coloring book with a daily journal on the way, and her lip pencils coming back with a new shade ✨ She doubled her RISE score across Reach, Impact, Scale, and Expand! But here’s what I’m proudest of. Erica learned to build systems that keep her business moving even when life gets loud, and life got loud more than once. She kept showing up anyway. That is what graduation means in this community: not that the work is finished, but that you know how to keep doing it without me in the room. I just want to share this for those who may need some encouragement! I taught my first in person class today and after I got home from the class I sent out the follow up email and this is how it looked ………. There is power in the follow up!
