AI made Alba for me based on everything I already had in ChatGBT and my own behavior in there. Threw it in Claude for a brush up and out came Alba. Alba is complete with persona, skills and everything. AI even came up with the name and image itself. I almost didn't edit anything - it's amazing and a little scary to see where your own holes are 😅. She is going to focus on areas that are not my strenghts and be my accountability partner as well.
