Can someone tell me where to find the light wavelength of the panels and what is this krypton lamp?

If you go to EMR-Tek's store, select a product, and on the page, DOWNLOAD MANUAL, it will list the information for that item. For example, I just pulled up the manual for the FIREWAVE and it lists: Technical Specifications ● Lamp Material: Metal alloy ● Power Output: 236W ● Actual Power Draw: 101W ● Wavelengths: 630 nm, 670 nm, 830 nm ● LED Quantity: 12pcs LED + 200W chip ● Beam Angle: 60° ● Irradiance Levels: ○ 3 inches: >200mW/cm² ○ 6 inches: >142mW/cm² ● Coverage Area: ○ 32.7 x 21cm

I submitted an inquiry through EMR-TEK on this, as well. This is the response I received: "Kryptons are only compatible with the electronic premium stand."

Specifics on mounting the Krypton UV 606W to the light stand, please
Has anyone purchased the light stand and connected the Krypton UV 606W? I need to see exactly how the Krypton mounts onto the stand, as all the instructions and videos are for different lamps that have differing screw configurations. Thank you

EMR-TEK Red light Device
Bought a fire dragon device back in early April along with a box of green tea serum, the serum came in about 8 days but the fire dragon never arrived. I emailed the company a number of times and was told to be patient...I waited a another week than emailed again wondering when i would receive my device, a couple days went by then got a tracking number, the device arrive a few weeks later, in toll from when i ordered it to when it arrived 6 weeks had past....now get this.... i opened the box, plugged it in and.... nothing... its broken, the red switch light comes on and that's it!!! Been trying to get a response from the company and asked for paid return instruction....NOTHING FROM THE COMPANY!!! Think twice before you purchase!!!

Just to confirm, after you power on the switch at the back, are you tapping the ON button on the right side and verifying there is a time set > than 0?

Musical notes?
Curious about the musical notes on the sides of the panels. Hard to read since the staff is not present. Maybe nothing, but inserested if there is some meaning. Thanks!
