Hello I would like please to know how to use my Krypton lamp please? How long use per day, which mode (red, IR, NIR, UVA, UVB), in which order and how long each mode, which part of the body, which distance, do we need to protect the eyes, which moment of the day is better, etc? I want to use for vitamine D and optimise my energie etc…thanks in advance

And can we expose the face too and how long? With all the lights, red, IR, NIR, UVA and UVB?
