4 Months Into E-commerce… Lessons From My Shopify Journey
Hello everyone, I recently joined this community and thought to share a bit of my journey so far. About four months ago, I stepped into e-commerce as a complete novice. As a stay-at-home mom trying to make ends meet and earn some extra income on the side, I had no idea how much there was to learn. Fast-forward to today, I’m beginning to understand the basics of how consistency, testing, and patience all come together. And now I’m seeing consistent sales and profit on my Shopify store. It hasn’t been easy, but every step has been worth it. One thing I’ve realized is: success in e-commerce isn’t overnight, it’s about building the right habits and systems. I’d love to hear from you: - What was the hardest part of your first few months in business? - If you could go back, what’s one thing you’d do differently when starting out? Looking forward to learning from your experiences too!

I Spent $2,000 on Gadgets That Promised “Quick Fixes”… Nothing Worked
When I first started looking into wellness tech, I was desperate. I tried every gadget and supplement that promised “fast results.” Between tools, supplements, and ads, I ended up losing over $2,000, and still didn’t feel any better. Honestly, I almost gave up. But then I came across light therapy. At first, I thought it was just another hype trend. But once I learned how to actually use it, things shifted. My energy improved, my sleep became deeper, and I finally felt like I wasn’t fighting my body anymore. The crazy part? On top of the health results, I also turned what I was learning into a small income stream through sharing it. Now, instead of losing money chasing “fixes,” I’ve built up an extra $15k+ in side income, just by helping others discover what worked for me. So I’m curious… Have you ever spent money on “wellness hacks” that didn’t deliver?
How to calculate Vitamin D production rate with Krypton Mini Pro?
Hi everyone, I recently purchased a Krypton Mini Pro and I'm looking for guidance on how to use it effectively to boost my vitamin D levels. My main questions are: - What's the recommended protocol/settings for vitamin D synthesis for Fitzpatrick IV skin type? - How can I calculate the amount of vitamin D produced per minute of exposure with this device? - Are there any specific distance or timing recommendations I should follow given my skin type? For context, I have Fitzpatrick IV skin, so I understand I may need longer exposure times compared to lighter skin types. I'd really appreciate any insights from experienced users or anyone who has data on the vitamin D production rates with this particular model, especially for darker skin tones. Thanks in advance for your help!
