Yes, I might notice my breath some days, especially when I can't breath because of the intense air pollution coming from Delhi. And I will practice special breath techniques if I am in anxiety or sick.

The Breath Awareness Challenge 🌬️
This week we’re doing a simple 5-day breath awareness challenge. Each day take just a few moments to notice your breath in a different situation and drop a comment below sharing what you noticed. I am Dhira-Lalita, I am French born, I became an American some 20 years ago and now I am living in India, Uttar Pradesh for my spiritual pursuit. I practiced the breath for anxiety already. I knew that breath, and have practiced several other types. I like it. For me, it is a type of meditation. I am an artist, my website is on my profile.
