Yep definitely agree. In a short time working with Erwin I was able to squat down and rise back up with more confidence today versus a time, I needed assistance of furniture to rise back up.

Wherever you are in your mobility journey, don;t get "stuck" in one place! do just a little everyday to break any barrier or plateau you're on. The results from this mentality will go a long way when it really counts. Choose to move!

Nice. Going up steps is still a challenge for me but since Erwins training I've found it easier
Being your own worst enemy
A lot of pain, soreness and weakness. Is not just from injuries , working out or overuse, it can and most of the times is metabolic in nature- as in what you feed yourself. Remember that foods you eat that breakdown into sugar ( carbs ), seed oils and chemicals not meant for human digestion lead to inflammation in the joints. The pain you feel might seem “ random “ to You but you’re body may not like what your taste buds do!

Saving Your Lower Back
Just some things to think about on your daily movings around . You can reduce lower back strain by squatting or even partially squatting for things that are just above knee height like bag handles or full squat for things like boxes, pencils and measuring things on the ground. not only will this reduce lower back strain but also strengthen the hips and thighs and naturally increase the ease and depth of your squat! You need to squat more than you are right now! Have a great day everyone!

Since working with you this has become a natural good habit. It's a big difference when picking things up to getting up from a chair
