@Brandon Beauchesne-Hebert felt good, did back today and was doing fairly heavy weight
coming back from an injury
Im fairly athletic and in my 30s, was practicing wall handstands and pulls up before i got into an accident and broke a clavicle bone. Anyone broken one before and how long did it take before you could go back to practicing all this stuff again?

@Brandon Beauchesne-Hebert Im about 5 months post accident, and told im healing slightly faster than usually, can do fairly heavy pull downs and rows, some lighter dead-lifts, pushups, holding myself up on dip bars, just hanging from pullup bar. Been doing lighter shoulder workouts, fairly weak on shoulder presses doing less than half of my pre injury weight. Stronger pulling than pushing, doing a good amount of shoulder rehab
