Well I took the plunge and cut out coffee today 😩 I’m aware coffee isn’t great for inflammation nor is it great for someone who has a dysregulated nervous system and unfortunately after holidaying just recently the everyday coffees crept back in. So today I cut it out and replaced it with peppermint tea, unfortunately I had a thumping headache at 11.30am but feel much better this afternoon and know that my energy levels will increase over the coming days. It’s early days yet and I’ve done it before and I know how good I feel when I don’t have it. Has anyone else cut it out and how do you feel?
