Curious what everyone defaults to… Feel free to explain the why behind it 😂 It’s funny how a few emojis can say a lot about how we think, communicate, and even how we show up. Drop yours below 👇🏽 Also, quick reminder, our 2nd Accountability Call is next Saturday as we wrap up Q1.

100 MEMBERS!!
Last time I spoke with @Bruno Militz about goal setting, he said that he had somewhat of a goal to reach 100 members before March 31st And even though it wasn't his main priority to grow his community, he still achieved his goal! Congratulations and I'm glad to be a part of it :)

🎥 Communication & Difficult Conversations Series 1/10
I know we've been waiting for this for soooooooooooo long, so here we go 😎 Quick note before we start, these videos are simple, no crazy edits or anything like that. So I created a cheat sheet for you to follow along (attached below). It has the main points, a quick summary of the lesson, and space for you to take notes as you go. Video 1 of 10 — Internal Dialogue Let’s start somewhere most people ignore. Before communication with others… there’s communication with yourself. And this is where most problems actually begin. You might recognize this: • You stay quiet even when you have something to say • You overthink what you want to say • You delay conversations you know you should have • You replay situations in your head over and over By the time the conversation happens, your confidence, tone, and energy are already affected. That’s the real problem. It’s not the conversation… It’s the story you're telling yourself before it. In this video, we break that down. We talk about how your internal dialogue shapes everything, and how small shifts can completely change how you show up. Better communication doesn’t start when you speak. It starts with how you think. If you apply this, you’ll start to: • feel clearer going into conversations • stop overthinking as much • show up with more confidence • handle situations more intentionally 💬 Reflection when going into the next conversation, meeting, presentation... What outcome do I want? What story am I telling myself right now? How do I want to handle/communicate this? Think about a conversation you could have this week. What will you do differently based on what you learned here? Share your thoughts in the comments if you'd like.

Super pumped for it, feels like the timing is perfect for me, I just got asked to do a live presentation in another community (ive never done a proper one before) going to start watching my tongue and talk to myself nicely 😉

Friday Fun: settle these debates 😄👀 - pt 2.
Let's do this again haha 😎 Pick your side on these: 1. Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner? 2. Pancakes or Waffles? 3. Should you wet your toothbrush before putting toothpaste on it? 4. Should you floss before or after brushing? 5. Are sandals shoes? 6. Coffee or Tea? 7. Finished basement or nice yard? 8. Morning workout or evening workout? 9. Window seat or aisle seat on a flight? Bonus: 1️⃣ Which answer will probably get you judged the most? 😂 2️⃣ Which one of these opinions are you absolutely refusing to change? 😌 3️⃣ Which one of these would you defend in court? 😂 Time to have some FUN!

Leaders in Progress — A Gratitude Post 🌱🚀
Today, I want to take a moment to celebrate a few leaders I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside recently. Different industries. Different countries. Completely different seasons of life. (that's the most exciting part) But one thing in common: a real commitment to growth. @Massimiliano Biancardi: At the end of last year, Massi left his previous industry completely. That meant a full transition, a new apartment, a new environment, a new career, and a new identity. Most people step back during that kind of change. He stepped into high-level TV network sales with a steep learning curve and stayed persistent. Stayed coachable. Stayed hungry. He has already closed five/six high-ticket deals (5–6 figures). But what stands out most is his student mentality. He intentionally puts himself around people better than him and absorbs everything they have to offer. What a great mindset to have! @Felipe Garcia Friedrich: Felipe and I have known each other for 30 years (yes… we’re obviously only 21 👀). Over the last decade, he has built and scaled his business in Brazil and today leads 30 employees across 3 locations. That’s real responsibility. Lately, our focus has been on leadership maturity, having hard conversations, creating structure, clarifying expectations, building accountability systems, and separating emotion from decision-making. Felipe is disciplined in every area of life. Triathlons. Boxing. Business. Leadership. He shows up whether he feels like it or not. @Joshua Kaandorp: When we first connected, Josh was in an up-and-down phase in his sales leadership career. Small team. About 2–3k per week in production. Fast forward 4–5 months, and the team is now 10 people strong, consistently producing 10k+ per week and over half a million dollars in sales volume per year. But what impressed me most wasn’t the revenue. It was his ability to take feedback without ego and execute immediately (I promise you I wasn't an easy coach, you can ask him 😂). That’s leadership.
