What time of day do you like to do Pilates??
We will argue that you can do it any day or time of the week. Joseph pilates was a firm believer that pilates was the missing link and the answer to almost every problem. He even recommend that if you were restless in the middle of the night, that you should get out of bed and do a mat session without a second thought! At least now with pilates connect you have some resources to be able to do that 😊 With that being said, what time of day is your preference for sessions? Be it in studio or online. I'm curious 😀 P.s There are some modalities of exercise where timing does matter. For example if you have elevated Blood Pressure I recommend a morning walk where we know that the high reading can come down by almost 20 units for up to 8 hours. That is huge and also very useful to do at the start of a busy workday.

i prefer mid mornings. all the rush is done and after the session i am ready to fit two days into one. I do a few roll-ups during the night as well when a Hot Flush hits.... 😁
