Being at Stretch Pilates studio (South Africa) and in this practice has taught me that caring for my spine is caring for my whole self If you’ve been to one of my classes, you know we start with a good spinal stretch ✨️It helps us drop in, highlights the importance of soft, supported spines, and makes those bum tucks all the more curved and solid✨️ We move better, feel stronger, and release what we don’t need right from the start.
