What’s one part of your workflow you want to smooth out this week?
We’ve all got that one bottleneck that slows down everything else. What’s the part of your workflow you want to simplify, speed up, or clean up this week?

for me it’s cleaning up handoff steps between drafting and publishing since little edits drag on longer than the actual work. half my week gets lost in checking links fixing headers and moving files around. I’m trimming that flow so one pass takes it from draft to done. shaving even an hour a day from that loop makes the rest of the week lighter.
NCA Toolkit Stopped Working?
The NCA-toolkit node in my n8n automation stopped working recently The Job logs are saying I'm missing these variables: - GCP_JOB_PATH - GCP_JOB_PAYLOAD I'm assuming this is related to the recent update of the NCA Toolkit repo, since cloud run is pulling the latest image I'm no expert so doing my best to connect the dots... anyone have some insight on this? Thank you UPDATE: I forked the repo and then connected it to my service, then built and deployed. My source is now a 'repository', rather than a 'container'. I then recreated my Job in us-central1... seems there's some hard code in the nca image that looks for a Job there and I couldn't override it with variables After those 2 changes it worked

sounds like the new image now expects those vars and your n8n node is not passing them. cloud run probably pulled the latest build and your old env setup no longer matches what the container needs. try pinning the image to the last working tag or add those vars in your cloud run service config even if they are just empty for now. i had a similar break last month and rolling back the image fixed it in seconds while i figured out the new requirements.
Automating YouTube Video Uploads + Analytics
Creating content isn’t easy. Especially when you’re supposed to be running a business. Or spending time with your family. But, it’s become this necessary evil. I started creating on LinkedIn with 1 text post a day. That was hard at the time. Now I can produce 100 pieces/week without a lot of trouble. Doing the Gary Vee thing, you know, taking one piece and finding ways to repurpose it. How I got here is really by accident. Once I started with video and a podcast, I started developing technology to help me streamline the process. I wasn’t generating enough money from the content to justify hiring a big team. So I started having fun just nerding out on the process of making it easier. Using technology and automation to streamline the process. And all while making sure I was also facilitating good marketing practices at the same time. I wanted the content to produce business results, not just mindlessly pump out content. It was like a puzzle, how can I maximize output, do it the right way, do it faster, cheaper, and have it produce cash flow? So I kept tinkering, developing, and starting over. And now I’ve built something pretty unique. One of the most simple improvements I made along the way was to organize, facilitate team workflow and auto-upload video. I’ve been trying to find simple ways to help others, so I just dropped a YouTube video that explains the entire process. How to use automation to: ✅ Create folders ✅ Organize the files ✅ Upload the videos ✅ Get the analytics There's a free course in this community to help too, just requires a little community participation and helping others out too. I even give away the Airtable database, Zaps etc I hope it’s useful on your content journey. Enjoy the video. Watch the full video —> https://youtu.be/OU1D4eLmRdo

running a business and trying to keep up with content can drain you fast. I used to struggle with one post a day and only got faster once I started treating the workflow like a small engineering problem. video pushed me to build tiny systems that handled the boring steps so I could focus on the ideas. auto creating folders, sorting files, uploading and pulling analytics cut hours from my week and made the whole thing feel lighter. I shared a full walkthrough on how the setup works plus a free course and the airtable and zaps for anyone who wants to try it.
⚠️ They’re Shifting Your Beliefs (and You Don’t Even Realize It)
Ever notice how certain “big names” online trash high-ticket coaching? Then 5 minutes later… they pitch you their $49 course? Yeah. That’s not an accident. That’s belief-shifting and it’s how they get you to play their game instead of yours. Here’s how it works: 1. They already have massive audiences. 2. That audience already trusts them, so when they say: “High-ticket doesn’t work anymore” …their followers believe it instantly. 3.They sell you on the model that works for them (low-ticket)… Why this is dangerous: If you’ve got 12 followers and you try to copy a 2M-subscriber creator’s low-ticket strategy, you’re done before you start. Low-ticket needs high volume. High volume needs massive reach. You don’t have that yet. But because you listened to 5 different “gurus” saying 5 different things, you lose clarity. That’s information overload and it kills your ability to take action. The solution? Only listen to a tiny number of people you trust 101%. Stop letting random content dictate your business model. And remember: Big creators can win with low-ticket because they’re famous. You can win faster with high-ticket because you’re small. If you want my breakdown on exactly how to build a content + trust ecosystem that works with no audience… Comment SCALE and I’ll send you the doc. The less noise you let in, the faster you grow.🫡 https://www.loom.com/share/ffa10c83a18f436a8d1ff5f32e70ed2b?sid=a31d7160-65ca-4b2b-b447-3eec61750a44

this is true but it cuts both ways. big names trash low ticket and push high ticket coaching because their audience will pay 5k without blinking, you're doing the same thing just flipped. the real issue isn't high ticket versus low ticket, it's that most people copy a model without understanding the math. low ticket needs traffic, high ticket needs trust and sales skills. i've seen people win with both, one founder made 40k selling a 2k offer to 20 people from cold outreach, another made 38k selling a 200 dollar product to 190 people through content. pick what matches your strengths and stick with it for 6 months instead of switching every time you see a new post.

this solves the cap problem if you need to batch generate images for campaigns or content testing. being able to run 30+ models in one tool saves you from jumping between platforms. the batch processing is the real win here because you can queue 100 variations and let it run instead of babysitting each generation. if you're already using apify for scraping or automation, this plugs in clean with json output you can feed into other workflows. i build content pipelines for a marketing team and tools like this cut our image production time by half when we need hero images or ad mockups fast. one thing to check is how the auto select mode picks models because sometimes manual selection gives you more control over style consistency. worth testing a small batch first to see which models match your brand look before scaling up.
