☁️☕️ Cloud Coffee: The Summer Sensation
Cloud Coffee is the latest social media trend that’s taking the coffee world by storm. This refreshing drink combines espresso, coconut water, and a splash of cream or non-dairy milk, creating a light, tropical beverage perfect for summer. How to Make Cloud Coffee: 1. Fill a glass with ice and pour in 10–12 oz (300–360 ml) of coconut water. 2. In a separate container, combine ½ oz (15 ml) of espresso, 1.5 oz (45 ml) of heavy cream or non-dairy milk, and a sweetener like agave or vanilla syrup to taste. Froth until light and airy (~30–45 seconds). 3. Pour the frothy espresso mixture over the iced coconut water. 4. Stir and enjoy! Not only does it look pretty cool with its cloud-like micro-foam, but the coconut water adds natural electrolytes, making it a hydrating alternative to traditional coffee drinks! Give it a try and share your creations below 👇 And doesn’t forget to tell use what coffee as the espresso you used.

Have you met the Skool Cat?
The next time you want to brew a coffee and share it with the community .. chill with the skool cat. Type "let there be cat" in the search bar - the car will appear Choose between a few different genres (I recommend lofi for your coffee brewing) Type "shoo cat" and the cat will return to wherever it came from... Enjoy

Blend or single origin?
Are you a coffee blend drinker or do you always opt for a single origin coffee? WHY?
Blend or single origin?

As long as it's good coffee, I don't mind whether it's single origin or a blend. I also find the blends cheaper so I use them for my clients and so far so good
☕ Quick Coffee + Real Talk
Hey wonderful coffee people! Just about to make myself a cup, but before the kettle finishes boiling, I wanted to jump in with a quick word. Lately, I’ve really been enjoying this space we’ve created together — great passion, curiosity, and the sheer range of experience here is wild. From seasoned industry pros to first-time home brewers dreaming of their own coffee shop… it’s inspiring. But here’s the thing... This community thrives when YOU show up.Your questions, your wins, your failures, your experiments... all of it adds real value. 💬 Some of you are already bringing the value daily (you know who you are – thank you!), but with 2,000+ people here, I’d love to see 50+ of us engaging every day. Imagine what we could all learn, share, and save, especially when it comes to avoiding costly mistakes and building something amazing. This space wasn’t created for me! It was created for US. And yes, I pay monthly to keep it going because I believe in what we’re building here. But I can’t keep it open forever unless it becomes truly alive. So here’s my ask: 👉 Post a question. 👉 Share what you're working on. 👉 Tell us about your latest brew, your dream shop, your roasting trial… anything. Let’s make this place the best coffee community available. How's that sound? Looking forward to hear from you. @Luke Gilbert
