I’ve always had a bit of a love affair with paper 🙈 Some people collect shoes, books or ornaments… I collect paper. Handmade paper, textured paper, old paper, papers with stories tucked inside their fibres. There’s something quietly magical about taking what has been discarded 🥰 scraps, petals, leaves, old bits once forgotten. mulching it all down and turning it into something new. Soft pulp, water, patience, a sieve… and suddenly there it is. A fresh sheet, completely unique and full of character. 🙌🏻💗 I think that’s why I love the process so much. It reminds me that beautiful things can be made from what was once overlooked. Some pieces have delicate flowers resting inside , held forever in their new home. Proof that even the simplest materials can become art. 🖼️ Do you have something wonderfully random that you love collecting or creating? 🤍

Today was full of creativity… just not all in the obvious ways. 🧐 We went out and bought lots of beautiful bedding plants for the garden, so I’ve been knee-deep in compost and pansies. 🌸 💗 I took this picture below of my handsome boy Reggie and completely changed the background in Photoshop. This evening I’ve been editing some footage I took at the beach the other day. 🏖️☀️ And come to think of it… I got creative in the kitchen too and made pizzas with a yummy salad. 🍕 I love days like these. Variety keeps things interesting, but it’s also a lovely reminder that creativity doesn’t only live in drawing or painting. It can show up in gardens, kitchens, cameras, ideas, and all the little ways we shape a day. 📷🧑‍🍳🪏 A smidgen of creativity can be found almost anywhere if you look for it. 🫶🏻💜 Where did your creativity show up today ? Today we went to my favourite beach called Goodrington in my hometown of Paignton for my Birthday 🎂 🥳 It was so nice to feel the sun on my face, wind in my hair and that fresh sea air smell ❤️🌊 Hope your all having a lovely weekend 🥰

The sun was too glorious to ignore, and although my body isn’t quite playing along today, it felt good to sit in the warmth and let it do its thing. No pressure, no big plans… just gentle creating and a bit of fresh air. If you’re reading this, I hope you’re doing okay. And if you’re not, that’s okay too. 🫶🏻 Maybe this is your little nudge to pause for a moment.💜 To step outside, or sit by a window. To feel the light, take a breath, and just be where you are.🌱 We don’t always need to push forward. Sometimes, simply being present is more than enough 🤍
