How to Turn Around On Your Front & Back
Caribe Nation, @Roger Barron had a great question about how to turn around on your front and back in a smaller pool. To answer that question, I jumped into my backyard pool and recorded a quick video to demonstrate. Let me know in the comments your thoughts! BIG Love, Coach Jeff

Not able to stand up after floating
Hello, I am a beginner aged 53 yrs. Never learned to swim in my young age. I am afraid of water and putting my head into water. Started classes 3 days ago. Am able to put head into water but still need to feel relaxed and love water. Will definitely practice the relaxation techniques shared. Also, Though I am able to float, I am unable to stand up with both my legs after float. Kindly guide. Thank you

Hi Padmini I struggled with that too, I am trying with one leg and stick to the shallow end, I am sure Jeff will share some insights.
Key Points: How I float with an 8lb Boat Anchor
Caribe Nation, We posted a video showing me floating with an 8lb boat anchor. You can watch it below. If you don't have the time, let me share the key takeaways. Key Takeaways: 1. Floating Is NOT About Kicking, Moving, or Body Type. It is about relaxation. 2. A FULL Deep Breath and Calmness = Natural Buoyancy The deeper your breath, the more likely you are to float. 3. Your Fear Is Heavier Than the Anchor. Fear = Tension. Tension = Density. Density = Sinking. Please share your comments on the video below and tell me what video you want me to make next! 💪 BIG LOVE, Coaches Jeff and Meredith
