AI Tools for Fun and Profit
Earlier this year, I made a few little AI tools... And in less than 90 days, they pulled in about $45k (see pic 👇). But since then... I've been a lil' bit of a doofus. Because while I'm still renting SOME of these tools out every month... Paying off a few little bills each month WITHOUT me lifting a finger... I've got a DOZEN or more AI tools I could be selling or renting out. Not saying these would do another $45K for me and my partners. BUT... I'd bet these could EASILY bring in another $5k+ every month. So it got me thinking... - Because AI's making it EASIER THAN EVER to make 'em... - In as little as a few hours... - And there's ZERO fulfillment because AI does the heavy lifting... 👉 Any interest in bringing in EZ A.I. INCOME for yourself... by turning your own expertise (or someone else's) into tools you can rent/sell? Or should I keep this to myself? In Your Corner, Jason P.S. You don't have to be a tech whiz these days. I'm no Zuckerberg, but with the help of tools like Replit or Gemini these days... It's EZ as pie to whip these together in an afternoon.

Definitely, I'd love to have some of these running.
It's been a minute since I've posted in here.
Life kinda piled up for a bit... school started back up and my son started kindergarten (which… has been a journey 😅). Soccer practices, choir performances, birthday parties, field trips etc... And somewhere in there our whole family took turns with a bad cold and a stomach bug. So yeah… it's been a wild few couple months. But getting through all that reminded me of something: When life gets busy, it's way too easy to slip back into "survival mode"... where all your time goes toward putting out fires instead of building the stuff that actually gives you freedom. That's exactly why I created this group. The goal isn't to work more… It's to build things that keep paying you even when life gets messy. Anyway... I'm back, feeling better, and ready to dive into some new ideas with you all. Curious though… 👉 How's everyone else been doing? What's life been throwing your way these past couple months?

SSDD The cycle must be turning though as I've taken a step out into new territory this week and started my own Skool group. Just local friends at this stage, but that's a great way to build a little momentum with the content. 🥳
How AI Helps Me Write Posts People Actually Want to Read
Got a bunch of messages about the writing style in my prohibition posts earlier this year. Specifically this one People loved the conversational, punchy approach. The short paragraphs that keep you reading. The stories that actually make sense. Time to come clean about something... AI helps me write a lot of this stuff. Not in the way you might think. It's not writing FOR me. It's helping me get better at expressing what's already in my head. Here's how it actually works: I'll have an idea or story I want to share. Like the prohibition speakeasy concept for traffic. But when I sit down to write, it comes out clunky. Too corporate. Too boring. So I work with AI to refine it. Back and forth until it sounds like me having a conversation with you. Not like some marketing robot trying to sell you something. The AI helps me: - Break up long paragraphs into digestible chunks - Find better ways to explain complex ideas - Create hooks that actually grab attention - Keep the flow moving so people don't get bored It's like having a writing coach who never gets tired of helping me improve. What it doesn't do: - Come up with my ideas or stories - Make up fake case studies or results - Change what I'm trying to say It just helps me say it better. More clearly. More engagingly. More like how I'd actually talk to you. The prohibition posts? That analogy came from me. The case studies? All real examples from our community. The conversational tone? That's my voice, just refined. AI just helped me put it together in a way that doesn't suck. Honestly, it's made me a way better communicator. And it's helping me create content people actually want to read. Would anyone be interested in seeing a real world example of what this looks like? I could record a Loom for ya. -Jeff P.S. The best part is I'm learning from the process. The more I work with AI to refine my writing, the better I get at doing it myself.
