$30k from a small inactive email list
I’m on vacation visiting my sisters farm. Before my kids drag me to play with the barn cats trying to convince me to bring a kitten back with us on the 12 hour drive… Wanted to let you know about what I was working on the past couple weeks. Me and another Ronin tag teamed a campaign for a coach in the “blue collar” niche. We were able to pull in over $30,000 from a <3000 person email list. Crazy part was the email list hadn’t been emailed in “who knows how long”. Good things happen when you have an offer that there is “demand” for. Even if you don’t have a super big or active audience. -Jeff PS: lemme know if you want to hear more about these campaigns Or, if you have an audience and offer of your own, I’d love to help you top up your bank account.

$20k from AI in the last couple weeks... just getting started
I'm partnered with a couple great people on an AI project. 2 of us are active. The 3rd is kind of a behind-the-scenes advisor. Silent partner as far as the public sees. Part of the "secret" to why this is working? We know EXACTLY where we are on the "AI Profit Curve"... where we WANT to be... and HOW to get there. [see the attached pic] Everyone I know is on the AI Profit Curve. They are either LOSING MONEY with AI every month. BREAKING EVEN with AI every month. or MAKING A PROFIT from AI every month. "Saving time" with AI is usually just a fancy way of saying "LOSING MONEY" because we're paying for AI but not making money from it. I was in that group... until I got pissed off enough to leave. I'm done with that shit. I plan to MAKE A PROFIT with AI every month for the rest of my life. I don't know where you are on the AI Profit Curve right now... where you wanna be... or how long you SHOULD wait to jump the curve. What I do know is the curve ain't waiting for nobody. The longer we wait... the harder it is to JUMP to where we wanna be. And I'm not waiting. Part of our 'evil AI scheme' it to help good people JUMP THE AI PROFIT CURVE. If you haven't jumped the curve into into AI profits, it's not too late... but the window closing fast. What's your plan?

My first deal as a “licensing agent”
Two things I learned from Travis about structuring licensing deals… 1. you can come about it from a thousand and one ways, and 2. you can make up your own rules as long as everyone agrees This is a little breakdown of what I did as a licensing agent, or “connector hat” as I sometimes call ‘em, to put my first deal together. BTW this is by no means a perfect example. Far from it. But thought I’d share to show how one country bumpkin from Arkansas was able to still make it happen using what Travis teaches in this group. I took on the licensing agent role because I like being a connector. Don’t really have my own proven IP. And really enjoy uncovering NEERs for distribution opportunities. 🔑 So here’s the key points... Originally I reached out to a guy on twitter to see if had the value bombs he was doling out freely over there packaged up into a course. If he did I wanted to license it out. He didn’t. But I remembered Travis’ sheik and luxury car dealership story and what he said to do if you’re just starting out - ** Get control of distribution first. Then it’s easier to source a product fit. ** The aforementioned value 💣's the guy shares is about driving traffic to his ecomm stores. He’s shared numbers before so I knew it was a safe bet he gets a good amount of traffic and customers. So I asked him if he ever wanted a digital product to offer his customers I could probably source something through my network (network being all you peeps in this group). He replied back a yes to that with the name of one his store brands that he could use a digital product for (see the msg pic1 attached). This brand sells handheld hidden camera detectors. We hopped on a call to explore what digital IP would make a good fit. One of the ideas that came out of that call was a security guide for travelers pdf. Preferably by a security authority figure. Funny enough although I made a post here in the group to source a product and received some great ideas, I actually stumbled on an IP partner through happenstance.

I’m turning courses into royalty-slinging Guidebooks with A.I.
With the holidays and feeling under the weather lately, I haven’t posted much. But in between naps and getting up to blow my nose, thought I’d share a little epiphany if you will. I produced a book for a partner this year based around his podcast episodes. We launched on Amazon in January. We split the royalties 50/50. My outta-pocket monetary expense to produce the book was probably only a couple hundred dollars. (Woulda been more but I sold a bonus chapter and a couple advertisement spaces on the bonuses page to cover costs) Since then we average a couple hundred dollars in royalties every month… sometimes more, sometimes less. Looking at $220 for December. I get $110 of that. And there’s not much button pushing I have to do for it anymore. It’s evergreen money coming in, for a deal I set up and work I did once. I don’t see it slowing down anytime soon. Now a hundo might not be much to some. But I’ll take a hundred bucks a month recurring for work I did one time, and not have to push buttons to make it come in. Anyway, I just thought it was cool. Here I am, feeling like poo, neglecting a few things until I feel better, and still getting paid royalties. lol Now this is an AI group so let me tie into that. The only AI used for this book was for video transcriptions. But, turns out my partner approached me about producing a series of “Guidebooks” based on his video course modules and trainings. We started guidebook #1 around the first challenge people run up to that his course solves. (I think we can pull out 5 guidebooks total over time) Where the original book was more strategy, these guidebooks are the tactical how-to’s. How-to guides are pretty popular on Amazon. Plus the nature of the “how-to” makes it super easy to write with AI using a combo of Claude dot ai and ChatGPT. It took me longer than this, but I’m convinced with a little extra focus without interruption, I could have produced the full guidebook in 3-5 hours tops. I’ve got the first one DONE, just being reviewed by my partner.
