Self-compassion is critical to succeed in this challenge. π -------------------------------------------------------- Here's my Day 1 check-in: - Time I slept last night: 10:30 pm - Time I woke up this morning: 6:30 am - Total hours of sleep: 8 hours - A quick reflection: What kept me up or helped me sleep? Knowing that we're doing this accountability challenge helped me a lot to sleep on time last night! I still wanted to watch my Netflix show, but when I saw the time was approaching 10:00 pm...and remembered I had to check in this morning for our Challenge...I felt motivated to turn off the TV and go to bed. It felt like it took me 30 minutes to fall asleep, though. And somehow, I kept waking up on and off a couple of times last night. I'm hoping tonight's quality of sleep will be better.
