Why we're doing this: Here's the truth: When everything is available immediately, people don't engage. They download, they lurk, they "plan to get to it later." But this community only works when people actually participate. The frameworks are better when you discuss them. The breakthroughs happen in the conversations. The value comes from engagement, not just consumption. So we're implementing a simple level system to ensure everyone shows up.
