Welcome to 3X Freedom! My name is Kasim (rhymes with "Awesome"). I'm a welfare baby turned decamillionaire and and my goal in life is to help you achieve freedom through entrepreneurship. For the last 20 years I have done nothing but obsessively studying how to build, grow, and exit businesses. The result is a collection of frameworks that I want to share with you here. But that's not where the value is. The value is in YOU! Here's what I need you to do immediately: Introduce yourself! - Got to the General Discussion - Create a new post - Tell us what you HAVE (what makes you awesome?) - Tell us what you WANT (what are your goals?!) - Tell us what you NEED (what's keeping you from your goals?) Go do that right now!! House Rules (Read These or Pay the Dumb Tax) - This community only works if we all bring the heat. - Share what’s working. Drop insights. Post wins. Teach what you’ve learned by bleeding for it. - Don’t post garbage. If it’s low-effort, AI mush, or generic “here’s my thoughts” content — I’ll delete it. If I do, I’ll usually tell you how to level it up so next time it hits. - If you pitch, you’re gone. No warnings. No wiggle room. If your post ends in you collecting money from someone here, that’s a pitch. You know it. I know it. Don’t test it. - Your team can absolutely use the resources and show up to intensives. But this group is for owners only. That’s how we keep the signal high and the convo sharp. How to Win in Here - Post what’s working in your biz - Steal what others share (ethically), use it, then share your results - Tag the people whose ideas helped you — keeps the flywheel spinning - Share wins in the Wins category so we can celebrate and dissect - Engage. Ask real questions. Give real answers. This is the room. Show up. Contribute. Execute. Be Free. Glad you’re here. Let’s get to work.
New here and excited to connect! 👋
I’m looking forward to learning from everyone and connecting with people who are building businesses around greater freedom, flexibility, and a better lifestyle. What are you currently working toward - more time, more income, more flexibility, or all three?

The AI workshop I wish I had two years ago
Tomorrow, September 10th, I'm running a live workshop on how I use AI across 7 companies without writing code or building the workflows myself: The Non-Technical Founder Workshop The biggest thing I've learned: AI isn't really a skills problem for founders. It's a delegation problem. I'll show you the real workflows we use, what works, what doesn't, and the framework I use to decide what gets built: Eliminate. Automate. Delegate. We'll also spend 30 minutes working through real problems from people in the room. Thursday, September 10, at 10 AM Arizona / 1 PM Eastern Live on Zoom · 2.5 hours · $95 If you attend live and don't think it was worth it, email us within 24 hours for a full refund. You'll keep the recording either way. This is for founders with an existing business. If you're pre-revenue or looking for a technical automation tutorial, this probably isn't the right fit. Bring one task you know you shouldn't still be doing. 👉 Reserve your seat here - Kasim
What I’ve Learned About Maintaining Momentum
I’ve been thinking about how I can best contribute to this community. Most of my work is with executives, business owners, and entrepreneurs who are making decisions where the consequences are significant. The wrong decision can affect their finances, relationships, or even their health and well-being. One thing I’ve noticed is that momentum doesn’t comes from just working harder. It comes from thinking more clearly. Some of the things that have helped my clients consistently move forward are: 📍Becoming more self-aware. 📍Being honest about what’s actually working and what isn’t. 📍Letting go of strategies that no longer fit. 📍Taking calculated risks instead of avoiding every risk. 📍Investing in themselves instead of only investing in their business. 📍Building systems that reduce unnecessary decisions and create consistency. 📍Making time to recharge before burnout forces them to. I’m curious, what’s one change you’ve made that had the biggest impact on your business or personal growth?
Intro
I work hospital security on night shifts. In the gaps between rounds I’m building Summit Core — automation and deal-sourcing pipelines in n8n, plus a government procurement angle I’m still digging into. Goal: replace the paycheque with something I own before I’m 30. What I’m hoping to get here: people further down this road who’ll tell me when an idea is bad before I spend three months on it. Happy to trade notes on n8n, scraping, or anything automation — that’s the part I’m actually decent at.
