Questions for Videos.
Hi everyone! I’m currently planning the next round of video content for Dr. Nashay, and during our last filming session we realized how much we all enjoy the interview-style questions. It honestly creates such a great opportunity to talk about the topics people genuinely want to hear about. So I thought—what better place to get those questions than from the amazing Resolution Society community itself? If there’s something you’ve been curious about or a question you’d love to hear Dr. Nashay answer in one of our upcoming videos this month, please drop it in the comments below! Your questions could be featured in our next recordings. Thank you all so much for taking a moment to share your thoughts. We truly appreciate this community and love hearing from you!

I want to hear practical conversations on conflicts that we deal with often like with spouses and even with kids. There’s so many opportunities in a day that stretch us and I think often I am missing opportunities practice and grow.
Midweek Energy Audit ⚡
Quick scan: What interaction this week gave you energy? What interaction quietly drained it? Not to judge—just to notice.

Energy booster: speaking to a former coaching program friend. Just catching up and sharing some me leanings and growth. Energy drain: I’ve never filed for unemployment and at this point I wanna say nevermind cause what?!?😫
Weekly Motivation 005 🔥
Week 5: Listening Beneath the Words A Mental Note to Carry: "Despite how it may look, sometimes people aren’t just arguing with you to win; they're projecting the frustrations of feeling unheard.” Reflection Prompt Think about a recent disagreement or tense conversation. What might the other person have been trying to express underneath their words? 3 Things to Practice This Week 1. Listen for what someone might be feeling, not just what they are saying. 2. Resist the urge to plan your response while they are still talking. 3. Try reflecting back what you heard before sharing your perspective. Let us know how this goes this week!

@Alexis Felton whoever said growth is easy has never really grown. Though tense as you it shows maturity and also care for yourself and your sister.

Just today I had my brother-in-law’s wife reach out to me about a tense situation she had with our mother-in-law. Though my MIL does wear her emotions on her sleeve and sometimes has outbursts it seemed odd to me. I was thinking about it later and I realized something … they have traveled back to Lagos and the house they went back to was new. The last time she was there she was in the home her and her husband had lived in for over 15 years and where he had also taken his last breathe. I realized that though it might’ve been coming out as an outburst about something small this was probably underneath. I shared with my co sister-in-law and she said actually my MIL later mentioned it subtly. That listening for what’s underneath is a practice that we can all probably do more of before jumping to just how it makes us feel.
What Went Unsaid 💭
We all carry unspoken thoughts. What’s one thing you didn’t say this week, not because you were afraid, but because you chose restraint? What guided that choice?

I’ve been working on this … not everything needs to be said especially in the moment. I’ve been realizing a lot of it for me has been coming from a place of needing to have the last word.
Never Have I Ever (Conflict Edition 😅)
Never have I ever… - Avoided a conversation so long it solved itself (or exploded) - Rewritten a message 5+ times before sending - Said “it’s fine” when it absolutely was not - Replayed an argument in the shower Drop a 🙋🏽‍♀️ for any that apply or add your own.
