Hi, When emailing the dpo should the letter be pasted into the email body or attached as a word.doc file and please see attached..... etc in the body of the email?
Hi All I’m about to file an N1 through the Chancery route, which I’ve only just come across while looking into the process, and I could use some advice. - When submitting my evidence pack, do I need to include all correspondence to and from Lowell? They’ve sent me some large bundles of documents. - How do I determine the value of my claim? I understand I can include fees and costs for putting together the pack, and possibly court attendance costs (train, taxi, etc). But what exactly am I suing them for in terms of value, and how is that normally justified? - Lowell were chasing me for two separate alleged debts, but in their latest letter they’ve combined them into one. Do I still make two claims, or should this now be treated as one? - Overdales are also involved. Should I treat them separately and raise a claim against them as well, or would that be pushing it? - On a related note, Cabot have written to me about a different alleged debt. They’ve admitted it’s unenforceable but say they’ll keep the account open until they’re able to enforce it. Should I also make a claim against them in the same way, to put an end to it once and for all? Any guidance would be really appreciated. Thank you Dean
Hopefully not too stupid a question.. If you have already sent the previous initial SAR 1 can you then follow up with this new SAR 2, or continue to use the previous templates? Or restart the process again with new SAR 1.
When sending SAR’s to DCA’s is it necessary to address to the director eg ‘to John smith who at times acts as director of DCA Ltd’? If so which director should I choose for Lowell as there are 5 listed. Many thanks
