Outdoor Canal Run UPDATE
Outdoor Canal Run - 5KM Sunday May 31 @ 12:00 PM Meet at: 110 Laurier Ave W (City Hall) Route: We will run along the canal from city hall to Canal Ritz and back. I will get everyone to do a quick warm up before. All paces welcome!! Rain or shine! Parking: City Hall has parking for $2 Please comment if you will be coming.

Canal Run - Update
Hi everyone! Just a quick update… We will continue weekend canal runs after the May 24th weekend. @Luka Zivkovic and I are training for our Half-Marathon that is taking place May 24th. We will be running shorter runs throughout the week if anyone wants to join us… if anyone else is training for the half, we will be running our next long run at a distance of 17-18km next Saturday May 9th!

That is very impressive and dedicated folks! I would be happy to join you for that 18km run next Saturday. If there is any flexibility to flip that to Sunday instead, let me know! Otherwise, I will find a way to manage Saturday to join the group. I’m currently training for the full marathon , so this fits perfectly into the schedule … Cheers

Outdoor Canal Run
Hi everyone! I am organizing a canal run this Sunday April 19th @ 10:00 AM. We will do a light warmup and then start the run around 10:15 AM. We will be meeting outside of City Hall on the side facing Laurier Ave. We will be running 5KM. Everyone is free to run at their own pace. The run will go along the canal from City Hall, to Canal Ritz and back. You are free to run a bit further if you are faster. This is a great opportunity to come out and meet more likeminded people!
