Welcome back to another MONDAY MORING CONVERSATION SO just so you all know.... Every runner has faced the disappointment of injury, setbacks, or the long road of rehab at some point in their journey. It just comes with being a runner. So for today's "Monday Morning Conversation" Based on your own personal experience, what advice, encouragement, or perspective would you give to a runner currently going through an injury or rehab process right now? What helped you stay positive and keep moving forward? What was the one thing that you did the helped the most? Thanks for being amazing EAT CAKE RUN CLUB!

I have had a couple of times of no training and recovery over the last few years, I realised that even though I know I would get back to it that I needed a secondary more sedentary hobby so I found one and I keep It up still today, cos you never know when you might need it.
