Hey all, I started learning to dj this year. Got a flex 4 and serato pro. Any pro djs listening, Can you add some dos and donts of going from amateur -> first gig -> club residency

Fixed my Instagram and have started messaging women to invite them to an high level Internet marketing event in Austin I know they won't likely come to the event but this all makes so much sense that I just started doing it. I'm pretty damn good at networking but I like how this builds a following and status in a new way for me.

For example, I meet "person a" say its a girl and they want to go to a sold-out show, and you know person b, promoter or artist manager can probably get backstage passes! If I connect them, they don't "need" me for anything anymore right? They can just communicate among each other and leave me out?

I’ve always struggled with women always get told I’m an amazing , great , kind , sweet chill guy but I’m just too nice I want to change that this upcoming year 😭😭😭💀tried of hearing that who relates how I fix it ?? Like I was raised right and I want to be a kind person and nice sometimes
