Not aromatherapy but interesting!
This is very strange. Wonder how many deaths they had compared to the rest of the world.

Aromatherapy's secret code speak!
A couple times a year, I get together with my students on a zoom call to discuss which EO they ARE. NOT which EO is their favourite, but which EO reflects their personality. It's really interesting to see which EO each of them identify with and if it changes with their growth. Today, I was exchanging a few messages with one of my said students, and she described her life over the last 3 months as being Grapefruit, just that one word. Those who know, know 😂. I immediately understood how her life has been, without having to go into huge detail with her. It also made me giggle! So, with this in mind, which EO perfectly describes your day, or the past few days/weeks? Not an EO that you NEED, just an oil that would be "Code" to sum up your life just now. Here's the personality of an EO that sums up the last 3-4 days of my life. People I have tagged should be able to work it out.... 😂 "One of my favourites when it comes to these ‘new’ EO’s. Its immediate effect was rather like the Blue Anemone, ‘just be’, switch off and be still. As soon as the stillness kicked in, the scent became almost over-powering and I had to move the bottle further away so I just got gentle wafts, like a breeze off the sea, but it wasn’t a sea breeze smell. Its perfume had me standing on a cliff top, looking out to sea at the rising sun, its warmth on my face, but I could not make a link to the sea smell that I’m quite familiar with having grown up on Anglesey. I felt it had more to do with the sun’s warmth, with my eyes shut and a gentle fresh breeze, "?" is far from a fresh air smell, it has an intoxicating and almost cloying perfume. Still being drawn to the warmth of the sun on my face, I was drawn further into the healing abilities of the sun. Besides the sun providing us with VitD, I felt it could melt away unfriendly bacteria and microbes. The deeper I went; I saw little sparks of light on a deeply cellular level in different parts of my body as though dysfunctional, redundant, damaged cells were being zapped. This feeling extended to places where negative thoughts and emotions were stored too. Hmmmm…… very interesting!

I don't have the head space to write a big post but... I feel like Galangal - finally learning to put myself first and love myself and take care of myself after giving my all and much much more to others, clients and studying too. It feels refreshing and the future feels positive for me - just me! That is all..... 🤪🥰❤️

Searching for Aloe Vera Gel
Does anyone know of a good supplier (either in Australia or that ships internationally) that sells a good certified organic Aloe Vera Gel that MUST be food safe and therefore can be used internally? I am trying to find an Aloe Vera Gel that can be used for Aromatic Oral Care preparations. I know the best to use is freshly harvested Aloe Vera leaf; however, this is not really a viable option in a clinical setting where you may need a good amount of aloe gel there and then, and don't have the time to harvest fresh gel, or potentially, you don't have the space to grow enough Aloe Vera that you need. So far, all the aloe vera gels I am coming across are cosmetic grade or contain filler ingredients. Personally, I would love to have an organic food-grade aloe vera concentrate powder which I can then use as a hydrolat and a natural food-grade geling agent such as Xanthan gum or Agar-Agar, as they don't contain water and therefore have a relatively long shelf life, so its really a good option I believe for students and those starting as they don't know when they will be using aloe, so having a powder that you can mix up over fresh aloe would be the better option to prevent wasting money of product that is not shelf stable (fresh aloe). Note that this is the time frame it takes for RAW Aloe (harvested fresh that day from the inner leaf of the aloe without preservatives) to spoil: - Room Temperature (18°-24°C): 1-2 days - Refrigerator (0°-4°C): 3-4 weeks - Freezer (-18°C): 1 Year. The downside to freezing is that when you need the gel then and there, it can take anywhere between 10 minutes and 30+ minutes to thaw/melt.

@Kathryn Lynnette Bales sodium hyaluronate is a salt form of hyaluronic acid used as a humectant to prevent water loss. the other ingredients may be preservatives - can you pop the in here and i will let you know. none of the above is harmful so it's ok to use for you and your clients.

@Kathryn Lynnette Bales both at preservatives. Synthetic ones but unless the formulation is organic then this is normal practice. Prevents bacteria, mould etc so the formulation is is fine but yes not food safe so not for oral health.
