SO, let's all take a few minutes to slow down: 1. Drop a worry below and let it go + something you're thankful for 2. Take 60 seconds to be thankful for everything around you, reframe your perspective 3. Then close your computer / phone & deep breathe for 2-5 minutes, I promise you'll feel better I attached a really good deep breathing exercise that always helps clear my head.

It just makes everything feel so peaceful! Every morning I open up the window shades to let all of the sunlight into our home and create a bright and uplifting atmosphere. I love to add to the relaxing atmosphere by blending essential oils fragrance and diffusing them throughout the house. Pink grapefruit, red mandarin, and pink lotus are my most uplifting favorites. The whole place ends up smelling like a luxury hotel, and it genuinely boosts my mood ✨🥰✨ If you also enjoy scent mixing, or even candles, please share what you love! Another ritual I treasure is making jewelry. Creating sparkly, beautiful pieces with my hands feels deeply satisfying and life affirming.
