Every one remember this game? I sure do. Here's a reminder to slow down during your day.
It's easy to get caught up in the speed of things, in the crank, and we must remember to slow down.
SO, let's all take a few minutes to slow down:
- Drop a worry below and let it go + something you're thankful for
- Take 60 seconds to be thankful for everything around you, reframe your perspective
- Then close your computer / phone & deep breathe for 2-5 minutes, I promise you'll feel better
I attached a really good deep breathing exercise that always helps clear my head.
