Advise on fitness for my next fight in April
I’ve got a charity boxing fight in April any advise around keep the pressure throughout all rounds it’s only 3 2min rounds I did the last two last year and lost the both down to cardio burnt out in the first 10 seconds in the fights one and then in the second fight tried to save my energy throughout which cost me because I didn’t put enough work on him so instead this time I need 10000% endurance the whole way through because I am very confident in my abilities but it’s my fitness I lack alot in also I do smoke the green but I have cut down a lot and completely cut out tobacco!😂
