I was on a health guy's tiktok live & he was saying that coffee is terrible for you. The live ended & an ad popped up for coffee saying "the healthiest thing you can do is drink more coffee."
I used to enjoy coffee, but it’s been a couple of years since I quit it altogether. It actually feels really good.. at one point it started to feel like an addiction. I don’t like the feeling of needing something to function. It reminded me of when I used to think I needed cigarettes. I quit those over 10 years ago, and I feel so much better because of it.
