🦁 Quick Poll: Daily Movement Requirement?
As I’ve been tracking my days, I've noticed that when I don’t move my body, even just a little, the whole day feels off. I can hit water, wisdom, reflection, all that… but if I skip movement, I feel out of balance. So I’m wondering… should we make daily movement part of the Lionheart Method? It doesn't have to be extreme. I am thinking just 30 minutes of intentional movement every day. It could be Jiu-Jitsu, lifting, yoga, a walk, or even stretching. Just something. I get 2 15min breaks at work. We have an empty office where I do Foundation Training or solo BJJ drills. I don't even need to think about it.

@Chris Dickens That's what Vince wanted out of him. Same thing with Hogan. Watch Hogan in Japan & he shows WAY more technical ability because that's what they want over there. Warrior wasn't a great worker like Bret Hart, but he was WAY more over than someone like Dean Malenko.

EXPENSIVE!!! If you have a lot of experience using heart rate monitors, you can get pretty close to guessing your heart rate by how you're feeling. You'd probably be better off spending $350 on BJJ Fanatics, lol!

I got Heath Pedigo's Daisy Fresh White Belt Curriculum instructional off BJJ Fanatics & I'm now thinking its the best system out there once you complete the Combatives program. 😂🤣🤣 I've only done 1 30min jog & 3 15min workouts since I started watching it. Now I'm watching Pedigo's instructional & wondering why nobody ever taught me this stuff!!! His new team has been DOMINATING competitions over the HUGE established BJJ teams at the lower belts the last few years. They don't have many black belts because they haven't been around long enough. Pedigo got his black from Rodrigo Vaghi (a 6th degree under Rickson). Here's an inspirational documentary on his team where they accomplished the impossible by winning the IBJJF No-gi Pans in 2021.
