Question
Hey everyone! I need some advice from handstand experts. After I mastered the basics (like push ups, pull ups, dips) and my goal is to master the handstand, how often should I train it per week and for how long in each session?

Hey bro, great decision! If you want to master pull ups, pull up negatives (jump up and go down as slowly as you can) are also very effective, you can even do weighted negatives to make your pull ups even better! (if you have a pull up bar). And don't forget to do scapula exercises😉
Wrists
Is it normal for ur wrists to hurt when trying to do a planche

Yes, but first mater the basics and do planche preparation exercises like frog stand, planche lean, tucked planche. But if you already mastered that, do more wrist/joint exercises in your warm up and that can make the magic😉
Handstand
Tried the handstand today with a couple of moments unassited. Need to improve!
