Hello Guys im 16 yo. Im trying to get into calisthenics and i allready startest Training. Rn i could so about 10 pretty good Form pushups but less in later Sets and i am trying to learn pullups rn. Currently im doing a Lot of Australian pullups to increase my Backstrenght. I also consider buying Resistance bands so i can start doing Pull ups with them. If you have Tips i would appreciate it

Could you suggest Like a workout or should i Just Stick to Like 4 Set pushups Till muscle failure, And negative pullups Till failure/ pullups with Resistance bands or specific so my muscles adjust to the move
