Professional Liability Insurance
I'm looking for media liability insurance for my publishing business. Any recommendation? Thanks.

Thank you all. I have set up an LLC for my publishing business, with separate financial mechanisms.

While some reliable brokers claim to offer E&O, they don't offer it everywhere. So it's not that easy to find. It also makes me suspect that the one insurance carrier I just found through a broker may not be all that reliable. I haven't had a chance to check into them, but I will when I get some time.
Questions about AI generated books and copyright
1. How do you copyright an AI generated book? 2. Can you buy a copyright certificate for it? 3. When I asked Google AI if I can copyright an AI generated book it said that the book is public domain. So, when uploading an AI generated book to Amazon do I say that it’s public domain? 4. Is the copyright blurb at the front or back of your book the same for an AI generated book as it is for a human written book? 5. If AI generates the book cover how does that work in terms of complying with copyright? For ex., If I have a graphic designer create a cover for me, I get a license for the images he uses. When AI generates a book cover, how do I know that the image doesn’t use something that should be licensed? Hope that makes sense. I’m don’t understand how AI generates images – like, it has to get the info for the images from somewhere.

I use AI for directed research. I was planning on integrating some of its responses into my book. How do I use this research and still claim copyright?
Legit Research
Hi everyone, where do you go to legitimately research facts? If I put anything into Google, it's AI that automatically responds, which, as we know, isn't always correct... Thank you in advance 😇

I always check the sources cited. I also use a second AI (or maybe a third) and ask if it agrees with the first AI, which is where I find an occasional conflict. I have had success sharing those responses to get to a successful agreement. It's kind of like managing a staff meeting where you have a bunch of smart people bringing their point of view to an issue to get to a concensus.
Printing vendor
I received my book layout in KDP format and am looking for a vendor to print 50 copies. Does anyone have any suggestions? The first one to pop up on my search was onpressbookprinting.com and they seemed reasonable. Does anybody have any experience with them? Thanks.

OnPressBookPrinting seems for offer the best combination of price, delivery, and flexibility. TrustPilot gives them a 4.7.

Organizing the data; seeing it in the context of a bigger picture. After spending several years taking notes on a number of topics that I thought had value and wanted to share in thoughtful and coherent way, it turned out to not be as simple as just drafting an outline. The connections between topics weren't clear in a satisfying way. I spent a lot of time thinking about it developing a number of outlines that didn't quite work. Then I found a book about learning and the method that author used to develop his book, using a 'memory map'. Julie has talked about it. In any case, once completed the memory map allowed me to visualize information from a number of notebooks I had on a number of subjects, in a relatively short time. When I looked at the final memory map, which was a number of sheets of paper taped together on the floor, a few months of struggle came together almost instantly. For anybody struggling with information overload, I highly recommend this technique.

@K J One other benefit is that when it all came together, many of the topics I had made notes on didn't make it into the book. Perhaps as much as 40%. I now have memory map as resource to look at to remind me of the topics which didn't make it, that I can easily reanimate as blog topics in launching my marketing campaign and building the brand.
