Just getting started on this journey. One thing you’re excited to learn or improve: I want to start off bird dogging but I want to learn more about funding deals with other people’s money. I want to eventually focus on building a portfolio of co-living SFH’s and then MFH’s. The list of what I need to improve on is way too long but I’m walking in with a blank slate and ready to learn.
