How long have you been involved in real estate or funding (or planning to be)? Just got out of the military and relocated back home. Just getting started on this journey.

One thing you’re excited to learn or improve: I want to start off bird dogging but I want to learn more about funding deals with other people’s money. I want to eventually focus on building a portfolio of co-living SFH’s and then MFH’s. The list of what I need to improve on is way too long but I’m walking in with a blank slate and ready to learn.

Favorite non-work hobby: Love the outdoors, sports and being on the water.

Fun one: Early bird 🌅 or night owl 🌙? Definitely a night owl
