Here’s how to sharpen your jab: 1️⃣ Stay Loose – Keep your shoulders relaxed and snap the punch, don’t push it. 2️⃣ Step with It – Add a small step forward for power and reach. 3️⃣ Bring It Back Fast – Always return your hand to guard position immediately. 4️⃣ Mix It Up – Change speed, height, and rhythm to stay unpredictable. 💡 Drill for Today: - 3 rounds of 1-1-2 combos (double jab, cross) - Focus on speed in round 1, power in round 2, and timing in round 3.
