What should our next article be about?
Thanks to everyone who checked our article out on service members entering the fitness industry. I'm going to start writing more about things like this, sharing some personal experiences that I learned from my time in the military, and pretty much anything that I feel like will be helpful for your training. Lots of different directions to go right off the bat though - what are some topics you'd like to learn more about? Or general subjects you're interested in and want to hear more? Subscribe to the substack if you'd like. I'll be dropping links in this forum as well.

Hey Brian, would be interested in your opinion on how to approach endurance athletes on strength training for longevity.

This is awesome, Brian! Thanks for sharing. This has motivated me to study and test for TSAC-F to have a more substantial base of knowledge I can share with my SAR team. Like everyone who follows MASS training we are all motivated by performance and while my team holds themselves to pretty high physical fitness standards, even more so for an all volunteer organization; I believe we can do even better. Due to being a volunteer organization we don’t have to access to coaches or performance specialists. Most of our dudes come from endurance backgrounds and outdoor enthusiasts, and due to this many of them aren’t into lifting. This becomes a problem after years of searching / operating in mountainous terrain carrying a 40 to 50lbs pack and gear. Dudes are having nagging joint, back, and hip injuries. As you can imagine a lot of guys are stuck in their ways and feel strength training will take away from their conditioning and see no utility in getting strong. Anyway, that was long winded, but I’ve been trying to change the narrative. I believe TSAC-F may help give me more knowledge and legitimacy instead of dudes thinking I’m just giving Instagram knowledge.

Hell yeah, thanks @Brandon Serio . I’ll definitely get the pocket prep because I too have a hard time absorbing information from reading a book.
Neckvember and warfighter
Hey all, it looks like neckvember is a bolt on program, but I am curious if you see any issues adding it on the upcoming cycle of warfighter? Thanks!
