@Steve Atencio I have to find the right day do advertise and I'm think maybe twice a week. I also have the Brand Identity, Ideal Client Deep Dive, I did an about page audit for someone the other day and they were amazed as to what I came out with compared to what they had on the about page.
[HARSH TRUTH] If you're not making 10K or more a month...
... with a schedule full of clients and hundreds of people joining your group everyday, than you're problably not too busy to: - Welcome people in your group with more than a scripted message, automated or not. Make some effort to welcome the people who join. Check their profile, start a relevant conversation with them. Schedule a 1:1 calls or record a video if you can. Make them feel like you're not too busy for them and that will make a huge difference on how much they engage and how open they are to pay you. You shoudn't care about scalability if your schedule is empty! - Answer the posts in your group with more than just a "thank you for your input", "haha cool" or "agree". Make some effort with the people who joined and post there. Connect. They came specifically for you. Remember how much you wanted people posting when you first started. - Getting to know your members, tagging them to relevant conversations, making them accountable on their goals and stuff like that. → We're not celebrities, we're community owners. Give attention to the people who join your group. Don't just keep making content and waiting for applause. Focus less on content and more on interacting with the people who already joined.

@Paulo Costa, The Roaster This needed to be said. It's so easy to hide behind "scalability" when really you've just got time you're not using well. The reminder to remember how badly you wanted people posting when you started hits different. Appreciate the push to connect over content.

@Paulo Costa, The Roaster Here’s the problem: winning the Skool Games doesn’t automatically make someone an expert at everything. They won because they had a community of people who joined, participated and paid. People see the trophy and think, “This person can help me make money too.” Then they’re willing to pay high coaching prices because of that status. After 20+ years in online marketing, I’ve learned to stop chasing shiny objects and choose people for their knowledge and results, not trophies or how much money they’ve made. I recently rebuilt an About Page someone had paid $300 for. The person who built it had won the Skool Games several times, but the page hadn't converted anyone. I charged $100 to redo it, and within hours it started converting. A trophy shows you won a competition. It doesn’t mean you know everything.
Are you tired of watching CAD training videos that are too generic?
Here at Drafting Workshop, I help drafters learn millwork detailing without having to sit through training videos you don’t need. Through programs like 1:1 coaching and drawing reviews, you get the information and notes that apply to what you’re actually working on, not generic “CAD” training that doesn’t help. I draw from 30 years of being in the cabinet and millwork industry doing design, detailing, and engineering to coach and teach you how to do the same. You can apply what I teach you to work in different disciplines of construction or to specialize in luxury homes or brands. I can take you beyond the base knowledge of cabinets into custom millwork like built-ins or custom desks. What to look for when using different materials and how they all tie together. Identifying gaps through real work, explain how an experienced millwork drafter thinks through the problem, provides direct feedback, and helps you apply that understanding on current and future projects. If you prefer, I can do the drawings for you. Contact me to learn more about how I can handle this for you. DM me or go to my community, Drafting Workshop, to learn more about it.

@Steve Atencio This is a great post lots of good info
📢Your Description Might Be Killing Your Growth
If your community isn't growing the way it should, check your description first. That's usually where it breaks down. Too vague. Too focused on sounding good instead of being clear. And unclear descriptions get scrolled past — not because the group's bad, just because nobody stops to figure it out. Join Skool Reset & Rebuild for free. I'll send you a quick questionnaire, then audit your description and walk through it with you live on Zoom.

What if I told you that you had gaps on your about page and I could prove it to you with a free audit what would you say?
🛑 Would a Stranger Know What Your Community Is About?
Would a stranger know what your group is about in one sentence? Most descriptions can't answer that. They're vague, or they try too hard to sound impressive instead of just being clear. And when someone has to think about it... they scroll past instead. Not because the group is bad. Because unclear gets ignored. Join Skool Reset & Rebuild for free. I'll send you a quick questionnaire, then audit your description and walk through it with you live on Zoom.
