Welcome This my 12+1 steps to setting up a Rent to Rent Business; Also Deal selling! Having a Plan or Road map should keep you focused on the road ahead PART ONE(1-6) 1)CREATE YOUR LIMITED COMPANY First thing’s first you’ll need to set up a limited company to trade under With HMRC: Use companies made simple.com Once you have your confirmation from companies house you’ll, Check that there is a similar web address available 1st as a tip. Then it’s time to set up your business account. 2)SET UP YOUR BUSINESS BANKING There are so many different banks you can be with, I’d suggest You look at a few before you decide which one is best for you. Cost $5-$30 for logos Or rewrite (copy writer I’m using)your contracts from PDF to WORD **LEGIIT IS A FREE SITE TO SIGN UPTO** 4)WEBSITE DESIGN AND LAUNCH Again so many online, or in your local area if you know or search on the web. Build a Routine!
What is the difference between the Strong and the weak? “DISCIPLINE” Weak people rely on motivation, on feeling inspired and waiting for the perfect moment to act on ! Which generally rarely comes; Whist the Strong people have Discipline, they have a plan, a formula, to guide them to Their destinies, they don’t give a damn about motivation, they do what needs to be done, to complete their destiny, it’s not because they have to, it’s because they want to, they have a routine to force them to grow. Own your Emotions or they will own you! Use your force to grow to achieve your desired destiny!!
Setting up
Hi all, I was wondering if anyone could answer some questions that I have/give me some advice. I am currently doing assets for life, property deals fast track course, and I’m looking to set up my company. I would like some advice on what company option could be best for me. If I’m planning on being self employed and not have any business partners/employees for the foreseeable future (until my business scales) would I be best suited for a sole trader company? I understand that a limited company is recommended (for its own benefits). However as I’m a beginner and do not have my own company address, I believe my home address would be made public.

@Ellie OGrady Further more to add to Tony’s comment, you can use www.companiesmadesimple.com head offices address to direct your mail through, as well as use for your business address, so your personal address isn’t displayed for public view, this is what I do, it cost £1.98 per month to use that option. Thanks @Ellie OGrady & @Tony Carter for your support. X
