This Will Change How Your Content Performs
2 days ago Meta dropped Muse Spark . Their most powerful AI model ever. Rolling out across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Messenger, and their AI glasses. If you’re using Meta for leads or sales, pay attention. It’s going to change how content gets surfaced, how customers interact, and how ads perform. Which means… most current marketing strategies on Meta will quietly become less effective. And a small number of people will adjust early and gain an advantage.
Stop Re-Prompting AI (Use This Instead)
If you you’re re-prompting AI repeatedly… this is for you. Most people write prompts like Google searches: “Write me a LinkedIn post about my coaching offer.” Unless you’re working inside a well-built custom GPT or Project, the model still has to fill in the blanks: - Who exactly it’s for - What outcome matters most - What angle you want - What tone you prefer - How long it should be That’s where the friction comes from. Instead, use the COF method: Context – what’s happening Outcome – what it needs to achieve Format – how you want it delivered Example: Context: I’m launching a new membership next month for consultants who want to hit £10k/month. Outcome: Generate inbound DMs from serious operators, not beginners. Format: Short LinkedIn post, punchy hook, 8–10 short paragraphs, direct tone, UK English, clear, compelling CTA. Now it doesn’t have to fill in gaps. Memory helps. Structure compounds. See if that improves your outputs.

@John Johnstone It really comes down to usage. If you’re regularly hitting limits, the paid version gives you roughly double the headroom. If you’re not, the free version will cover most cases comfortably.

I got asked on Friday in our Q&A what I think about AI website builders, and whether I’d recommend them. There are loads out there, but the one I always start with is Relume.io because it helps me get the structure down fast: sitemap, sections, and wireframe flow, without staring at a blank page. If your site was getting rebuilt tomorrow, what’s the one page you’d fix first: home, offer, or about?
