New Version Test
I downloaded the new version. Once again error detection would be nice...after the update the software defaulted to a wifi update. The network in question was not available so it took some time and repeated pushes that seemed to work, but in reality didn't, to notice i needed to get back to the cable setting. I guessed the problem when I started to see the push would finish but the "connection" in the top right was negative...I suggest the push button be disabled when a viable connection is not available. One bit of behavior i noticed was that prior to me changing back to the cable setting the remarkable would still reset after the failed push. This was part of the reason I thought the push was working. Are you possibly sending the reset comand by both the cable and wifi no matter the selected path for the push? The issue remains that the weeks selection in the planner stiĺl doesn't work. The old version gave me a black square, but no result. This version does nothing. I have also noted that a LONG push on the months doesn't work. It seems to like a quick tap. I was wondering if that was a bug or a feature? :) Since the remarkable OS differentiates between the two I am guessing feature. Let me know. So far I have noted no duplicates on events (holidays) and all dates seem correct so that is a step forward.

I did some further experiments by updating my Outlook calendar several times. I forced several updates and I let the auto sync run. Both were successful and added or deleted appointments as applicable. :) Looking Good!

@Jason Smith are you creating a calendar with a full Jan - Dec set of dates?

The link only goes to videos? Where is the update please?
Many Issues
I am having several issues. First the links to "weeks" will not work. I have tried this on a RM1 and a Pro. (in a previous discussion it was suggested the low memory of the RM1 might cause issues). As I have since tried a Pro the issue has not gone away. Second the colour I should see on the Pro is not there. Settings are set to color but it doesn't show. Last I am getting dates on the wrong day. Christmas is listed twice and one of them is on the 26th. Suggestions?

Yes I thought of duplicates in the calendar information. I have seen that in outlook. I checked by removing the holidays calendars and looked for duplicates. Interestingly the duplicates did not go away. Also duplicates do not explain the incorrect dates.

I do see the colors now. I was looking late at night in poor light - sorry my bad. As you mentioned darker, selectable colors would be nice.
Connection Thoughts
I did struggle with a problem (arguably my fault) I was trying to connect Calsyc with a non-data cable. The only error I got was that it was "timing out". I became suspicious and tried to see if I could get other errors. For example I deliberately used the wrong password. The error was still "timing out". I then changed the cable and it all worked. My suggestion is if you can provide a better range of feedback as "bad cable" is not "bad password" and neither is "timing out". Not sure if you have the capability to detect a root cause or not, but better error detection would have saved me an hour.
