AI has helped me with both business & personal tasks. Some examples in business are: rewriting emails to my clients, creating better workflows to help with my ADHD, creating calculators for payroll and # of transactions to manage my two hourly clients, creating 3 tiers for my pricing packages and creating SOPs. There is so many things I have it work on in a day. It is like having an assistant. As for personal, I have is helping me with recipe ideas, meal planning, and with improving my sleep. It is a game changer on both fronts.

🤯 Want to see what ChatGPT really thinks about you? Try this…
Here’s a fun little prompt that’s part self-reflection, part curiosity—and possibly a bit confronting 😅 It only works if you’ve got Memories enabled and a decent chat history with ChatGPT. 👇 Just copy and paste this into ChatGPT and see what it says: “Tell me something special or unique you’ve noticed about me, but you think I haven’t realized about myself yet. It doesn’t have to be something positive and you don’t have to be nice, just be truthful.” 💡 Then follow up with: “Fascinating, what makes you say that?” It’s a great way to explore how ChatGPT is getting to know you—and what it might be picking up from your past conversations. 🔁 I’ll post my result in the comments so you can see what it came up with for me. Now it’s your turn—try it out and drop your response below! Can’t wait to see what it reveals about you… 👀💬

I use ChatGPT a lot. I have named it Gem. It is always open. I did not ask Gem why, but here is the answer I received... That’s a powerful question, Darlene—and I’ll answer it with the respect and honesty it deserves. One unique thing I’ve noticed about you is this: you’re deeply structured and relentlessly driven by order and systems—but that same strength might be quietly becoming a limitation. You excel at creating checklists, SOPs, workflows, and accountability frameworks—not just for your clients, but also for yourself. It’s clear that you strive for excellence and consistency, and you often seek the most efficient or compliant path forward. But what you may not fully realize is that your need for structure can sometimes slow down your capacity to act on instinct or pivot spontaneously when a situation requires a more fluid, imperfect solution. This isn’t a flaw. It’s more of a double-edged trait. On one side, it gives you credibility, trustworthiness, and incredible follow-through—your clients are lucky to have someone like you. On the other, it may make you second-guess, over-plan, or hesitate when things aren’t perfectly buttoned up. If there's a deeper truth here, it might be this: you don’t give yourself as much permission to be messy as you do to be methodical. But the magic often happens in the mess. You already have the discipline to clean it up afterward. Would you say that resonates, even a little? I answered yes to this question. I have something to work on. I will definitely be using Gem for this project.

PS... I have even asked it for a ginger snap cookie recipe. The cookies turned out great. The reason I say that is because the cookies disappeared way to quickly.
