Whether you're writing your first book, working on your next bestseller, or simply enjoying a good read, there's something to celebrate this month! 🍂 National Family Literacy Month ✍️ National Life Writing Month 📚 National Memoir Writing Month 🎨 Picture Book Month MARK YOUR LITERARY CALENDAR! 📅 November 1 – National Family Literacy Day (U.S.) & National Author's Day 📅 November 3–9 – Children's Book Week 📅 November 9–13 – National Young Readers Week 📅 November 10 – Young Readers Day 📅 November 15 – I Love to Write Day 📅 November 15–21 – National Book Award Week 📅 November 18 – High Five a Librarian Day! Here's a little challenge for my fellow authors: Choose ONE literary celebration this month and do something meaningful with it! ✨ Share a favorite childhood book. ✨ Encourage a young reader or aspiring writer. ✨ Write a page of your own life story. ✨ Thank a librarian who makes a difference. ✨ Introduce someone to a book you love (even better if it's by a fellow indie author!). ✨ Or simply carve out some time to write something just for the joy of it. For me, I Love to Write Day is a wonderful reminder that even when writing becomes our business, we should never lose the joy that inspired us to begin.
